About BB&M AC and Heating
An owner-operated HVAC company serving San Antonio and a 40-mile radius.
Our Story
BB&M AC and Heating was built by Fernando Perez around a simple idea: tell people the truth about their system. Show them the readings. Quote the price before the work starts. In an industry where homeowners are used to being talked into equipment they don't need, that turned out to be enough to grow the business by word of mouth across San Antonio.
Today we work throughout a 40-mile radius of San Antonio — New Braunfels, Cibolo, Schertz, Converse, Boerne, Helotes, Timberwood Park, Live Oak, Universal City, Garden Ridge, Selma, Alamo Heights, Leon Valley, and Fair Oaks Ranch — handling air conditioning repair, heating service, complete installations, and the maintenance that keeps systems out of trouble in the first place.
We're a registered Texas business, owner-operated, and bilingual. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday by appointment for weekend and emergency calls — because a failed air conditioner in a San Antonio August is not something that waits until Monday.
What We Stand For
Reliability
We show up when we say we will, with the parts and tools to finish the job on the first visit.
Respect
We protect your floors, clean up after ourselves, and treat your home like it belongs to someone we know.
Quality
Every repair is verified with real measurements before we call it finished — not just a hand at the vent.
Community
We're San Antonio locals. Our customers are our neighbors, and that shapes how we quote every job.
Our Mission
Keep San Antonio families and businesses comfortable with HVAC work that is diagnosed correctly, priced honestly, and built to last. Earn trust one repair at a time.
Our Promise
You will never be sold a system you don't need. We show you the diagnostic readings, give you the honest cost of repairing versus replacing, and let you decide. The service call is free for returning customers and referrals.
